Letter to the LOCSD re Environmental Review for Septic-to-Sewer Project

This letter was sent today to the LOCSD and District Counsel in hopes that the LOCSD Board can be persuaded to pause, consult with District Counsel on CEQA compliance, and ensure that environmental review remains a meaningful tool for public planning rather than a bureaucratic afterthought.
